Dig Finds #2

Today, April fools day, I went out to dig once again at site A. I dug for around two hours widening and deepening the hole. I only dug around a foot more deeper. After the first 12 or so inches I dug, the dirt started to become harder to dig in, the roots became less abundant and rocks started to become smaller and more common. Soon, I was digging mostly small pebbles covered in a clay like dirt. Also, the rocks started to have more unique looks to them and there were more different types of rocks. And even a piece of coal.

Different rock types from site A. The coal is located in the upper right corner.
